The Tagima Dream Team (TDT) is a business fair that brings together manufacturers and brands in the musical instrument segment in Brazil. The event, which took place between October 4th and 9th, at the Tagima factory in São Paulo, was in a hybrid format – on-site for retailers across the country and online for the general public, with transmissions over the internet. In 2020, DTT had already been that way.
ECO Strap was present at the TDT with a stand next to Basso Straps. It was the opportunity to present to the Brazilian market the purpose of the brand, which is based on sustainability and circular economy, whose premise is the reuse of raw materials.
Currently, in Brazil, more than R$ 8 billion in materials go to landfills and dumps instead of being recycled. In addition to the waste of raw materials, disposals have a strong negative impact on the environment.
Returning to ECO Strap's participation in the Tagima Dream Team, the company's director, Marcos Basso, revealed that the brand is currently in 26 countries around the world. Among the factors that contribute to the brand's success are the pioneering spirit and quality of the belts. ECO Strap was the first brand of musical instrument straps totally focused on recycling, placing vegan and recyclable products on the market.
In addition to ECO Strap and Basso Straps, the following companies were also present at the Tagima Dream Team 2021: Nucleo usical, Liverpool, Equipo, Harman, Luen, Borne, Santo Angelo, Solez, Nog, Saty, Leac's, Nightingale, Casio, and Of course, Tagima and Nagano.
Although it is a trade fair for musical instruments, TDT also had the participation of companies from other segments. Names and brands such as Fernando Quesada (director partner of the School of Rock) Cifra Club, Caito Maia (CEO of Chilli Beans) and Alê Costa (CEO of Cacau Show) were also at the fair, sharing knowledge and experiences.
